Microcom Corporation Hires
Mark A. Turner
LEWIS CENTER, OH – January 4, 2018 – Microcom Corporation has hired Mark A. Turner to head ticket printer sales for the box office industry. Turner is a 30 year veteran in the barcoded ticket business. He will lead the Company’s expanding effort to deliver their state-of-the-art thermal printing technology to the sports and entertainment industries.
Starting his career at Lasergate Systems, Inc., the original barcoded ticket company, Turner worked 11 years developing and installing box office point-of-sale systems. Most recently, he spent 16 years at Worldwide Ticketcraft, a leading thermal ticket stock manufacturer.

Since 1982, Microcom Corporation has been creating solutions for postal applications (both local and international), specialized packaging, and palletizing industries, pharmaceutical manufacturers, healthcare providers, the entertainment industry, self-service kiosks, and parcel service labeling. Based on these custom-designed solutions, they have developed a series of products that solve the durability and price/value issues long afflicting the bar code printing process.
