Microcom’s Response to COVID 19

Customers and Friends,
We continue to monitor the rapidly developing situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our employees, our customers, our families and the public at large. As we all move further into the coronavirus situation, we feel the need to update you on actions Microcom is taking as a company to provide continued business with all current and future customers:
Starting today, March 23rd, customer support, engineering, and sales will transition to remote work for the time being, while service and manufacturing will remain on site to support essential supply chains.
Microcom headquarters is outfitted with sanitary stations and is regularly cleaned and sanitized for employees who must remain on premise.
Employees who remain on-site will maintain a distance of six feet from one another and will be equipped with face masks for personal protection.
These measures are being implemented because of the information being provided by governmental and public health officials. These recommended steps will help mitigate the spread of the coronavirus and to safeguard the health and welfare of our employees, our customers, our families and the public at large.
We want to again thank you for your continued support and trust through this transitional period. Microcom is committed and prepared to serve you while keeping our employees and communities safe.
