Microcom Corporation Names
David M. Dezse President and Chief Executive Officer
LEWIS CENTER, OH – November 1, 2017 – Microcom Corporation today announced David M. Dezse has been named President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately. As President and CEO, Dezse will have responsibility for all of the company’s operations worldwide. Steven Wolfe will be stepping back to Senior Vice President to continue to be of assistance with company operations from a more advisory role.

Dezse, 54, is a 33-year veteran of Microcom and since 2006 served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer, overseeing company-wide engineering efforts and direction. Under Dezse’s leadership, Microcom Corporation has grown in engineering power, strategically expanded its product line with state of the art technology and improved material quality and timelines. These actions helped Microcom achieve some of its most profitable years to date, growing in markets that Microcom had previously been unknown in. Reporting to Dezse will be Robert Frazier, VP of Management Operations; William McCartney, Director of Engineering; Andrea Flowers, National Accounts Manager; and Steven Wolfe; Senior Vice President.

About David Dezse
Prior to his role as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President, Dezse served as Vice President from 1992 to 2006. Along with Dezse’s strategic improvement of the engineering group was the guidance with the acquisition and later sale of Unimark Products.
From 1985 to 1992 he was Director of Mechanical Engineering and oversaw the day to day operations and improvement of the department.
