RFID In More Applications
At IAAPA EXPO 2024
LEWIS CENTER, OH – November 26, 2024 – IAAPA EXPO is a leader in introducing new technology in the entertainment and attractions industries. The International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions holds the premier industry event each November in Orlando, Florida.
Exhibiting at IAAPA EXPO 2024 from Microcom (pictured above from left to right) were Mark Turner, Andrea Flowers, and Chris Cook. They were joined by long-time Microcom product user John McKinney enjoying the trade show in colorful fashion.
This year we learned more about how RFID technology is being introduced into a wide variety of applications. More companies at IAAPA are using RFID to identify and track patrons and equipment throughout their facilities. RFID labels are an ideal solution for adding the technology as needed.
At IAAPA EXPO, Microcom displayed our thermal kiosk printer for RFID wristbands to print on-demand from self-service kiosks.
Our Model 485TM thermal printer with RFID is ideal for printing and encoding water-resistant wristbands on-demand from self-service kiosks. Our Model 485TC thermal printer with RFID provides the same features for desktop applications.
We also exhibited our award winning Model 360C Color Laser Printer for wristbands, labels, and tickets in full-color. For receipt printing applications in kiosks, we demonstrated our Model 315M thermal printer.
